1. Service Description

MasterFix provides professional restoration services for shoes, handbags, accessories, dry cleaning, and color dyeing.
We always strive to restore your item to the best possible condition using expert craftsmanship and high-quality materials.

2. Order Placement

  • By placing an order, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

  • You must provide accurate and complete information about the item for a proper assessment.

3. Payment

  • Full payment is required before we begin any repair work.

  • We currently accept payment via PayNow.

  • A QR code will be provided for seamless payment during your service request.

4. Repair Process

  • We apply professional skill and care to every repair.

  • An estimated repair timeline will be provided once your item is received and assessed.

5. Warranty

  • All repairs are backed by a 30-day warranty from the date of collection or delivery.

  • If the same issue reoccurs within this period, we will re-repair the item at no additional cost.

  • This warranty does not cover new damage unrelated to the original repair.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your repair before work has commenced.

  • If cancellation is requested after work has started, partial charges may apply for services already rendered.

7. Liability

  • We take responsibility for damage caused by our proven negligence during the restoration process.

  • However, MasterFix is not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage or wear.

    • Damage resulting from customer misuse after collection.

    • Natural degradation of vintage or delicate materials.

  • In no event shall our liability exceed the value of the repair service provided.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property, including service methods, website content, and branding, belongs to MasterFix Services Pte Ltd.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update or amend these terms at any time. Customers will be notified through our website or in-store announcements.
