Home Pick-Up & Drop-Off Service

We provide islandwide doorstep convenience to make restoring your luxury goods as effortless as possible.

Service Availability

• Available within mainland Singapore.

• We do not service restricted or inaccessible zones (e.g. Changi Airport, offshore islands, military camps, Jurong Island).

Fees

• Orders $150 and above: Free pick-up and drop-off.

• Orders below $150: $20 pick-up and drop-off fee.

• Sentosa Island addresses: Flat fee of $40 applies, regardless of order value.

Scheduling

• Pick-up and delivery times will be arranged via WhatsApp or phone call after order confirmation.

• Flexible rescheduling is available with 24 hours’ notice.

Handling & Care

• We treat every item with utmost care during transportation.

• While rare, external delays (e.g. traffic, courier availability) may occur; we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Additional Notes

• This offer cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
